Course covers the syllabus requirements for the CPL MEIR programme along with ATPL (Human Factors, Meteorology), Basic Gas Turbine, Dangerous Goods course and Winter Flying ground course.
Holders of this qualification are able to work as commercial pilots of an aeroplane engaged in general aviation under the relevant Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Rules or in associated support industries such as flight planning and aircraft operations.

Short Course
The IAANZ MCC course is an 8 day long course which is broken up into three parts ; Self Study, Classroom Learning and Simulator Training which provides students with:
- Realistic Instruction in multi-pilot, multi-engine aircraft operations
- Improve decision making, communication, task diversion and checklist utilisation, collaboration, and support during all stages of flight under normal, abnormal, and emergency situations
- Focuses on the development of non-technical abilities needed to function in a multi-crew setting

Phase 3: Base Training
Base Training / Confidence Flight Training is the final phase for the pilots in the training program which gives real real aircraft experience. The Flight Training will be performed with any of the A320 companies, with which GTA has agreements.
They will perform 3 Take off and Landing in Airbus A320 Aircraft.
